Hudson Heritage White:

  • All grapes must be sourced from the Hudson River Region AVA
  • The following grapes may be used:
    • Seyval 70-85%
    • The rest of the blend may consist of any or all of the following:
    • Vidal
    • Vignoles
    • Cayuga
    • Traminette
  • Up to 2% residual sugar
  • No malolactic fermentation
  • No oak, barrels, chips, staves
  • Hock style bottle

Hudson Heritage Red:

  • All grapes must be sourced from the Hudson River Region AVA
  • The following grapes may be used:
    • Noriet 35-55%
    • Dechaunac 35-55%
    • Other hybrid 20-30%
  • Oak aging is allowed
  • Residual Sugar <=1.0%
  • Malolactic fermentation allowed.
  • TA <.8 gms./100ml, VA <75, pH <3.8
  • Burgundy ┬ástyle bottle
