Hudson Heritage White:
- All grapes must be sourced from the Hudson River Region AVA
- The following grapes may be used:
- Seyval 70-85%
- The rest of the blend may consist of any or all of the following:
- Vidal
- Vignoles
- Cayuga
- Traminette
- Up to 2% residual sugar
- No malolactic fermentation
- No oak, barrels, chips, staves
- Hock style bottle
Hudson Heritage Red:
- All grapes must be sourced from the Hudson River Region AVA
- The following grapes may be used:
- Noriet 35-55%
- Dechaunac 35-55%
- Other hybrid 20-30%
- Oak aging is allowed
- Residual Sugar <=1.0%
- Malolactic fermentation allowed.
- TA <.8 gms./100ml, VA <75, pH <3.8
- Burgundy style bottle
